Private office rentals are $375/month

Private Office features include:

  • 24/7 Access and Security
  • Private Office with Key Access
  • Hydro, Water, A/C, heat, property taxes are all included in the monthly rental cost  (Tenant is responsible for any content insurance)
  • Bright office space with desk and chair with room for all your personal furniture  (141 sq/ft with a window and room-darkening blinds)
  • Community Concierge/Central Reception  (Weekdays: 8:30am-4:30pm)
  • Hardwired Fiber Ethernet and Super-Fast WiFi … tenant is responsible for providing a computer and any IT services required for setting it up (e.g. if you need to use a VPN, etc.). We currently utilize MicroAge as our IT service provider.
  • Telephone with confidential voicemail services, unlimited local and Canadian long-distance calling included
  • Free room rentals for Board Meetings, events or training sessions (These are shared spaces and are booked on a firstcome, first-served basis) 
  • Board Room and Training Room have access to a robust technology suite including Projector, Sound System, Interactive Touch Screen and more.
