Curious about Yoga and the physical and mental benefits it could bring you? Now is your chance to try it for free!

Throughout the month of May, six studios across Chatham-Kent, Walpole Island First Nation, and Delaware Nation are offering a series of free beginner Yoga classes perfect for families or individuals of any age.

Practicing Yoga can be a great way to reduce stress, learn simple mindfulness techniques, and feel calm—and it’s possible to achieve these results even if you are brand new to Yoga or have never attended a class in person.

Space for classes is limited, so please contact the studio nearest to you to sign up. Studios are asking for a commitment for all four classes and are happy to discuss any physical limitations you may have concerns about.
