A fall down icy steps changed Lori’s life. She lives with chronic pain and can no longer work. She felt alone, until she discovered the Tilbury Information and Help Centre, a United Way program. The food bank eased financial strain and the staff gave her a sense of belonging. Today, she is an essential volunteer.
