Baking With Will

At the beginning of the pandemic, University of Waterloo student William Shepherd decided to learn how to bake bread.

Since then, he has taught himself how to bake white & whole wheat sourdough, rye sourdough, French baguettes, and focaccia.

Will is coming back home to Chatham-Kent for the holidays next month and has decided to hold a bake sale.

As a way to give back to the community, Will is donating 20% of the proceeds from his bake sale to mental health programs and fighting hunger in Chatham-Kent.

He is accepting pre-orders now on his Facebook & Instagram pages.

All loaves will be baked and ready for pick-up/delivery from December 9th to 23rd.
