Operation BackPacks has offered a helping hand to Chatham-Kent families since 2001.  Our goal is to ensure each child in Chatham-Kent has a new backpack filled with basic, grade appropriate school supplies.  This will ensure a great start to an exciting year of learning, exploring and social growth.

If you have indicated on your referral that you will collect your child’s backpack from either their school, the Tilbury Information & HELP Centre or the Wallaceburg Information & HELP Centre, it is your responsibility to access the correlating link(s) below and make note of the date(s) & time(s). We will not be telephoning to share this information.

If you have indicated that you will collect your requested backpacks from the United Way Chatham-Kent office, a volunteer will call you between Monday, 2018 AUG 20 and Wednesday, 2018 AUG 22 to arrange a date and time.  These dates will be either Wednesday, 2018 AUG 29 or Thursday 2018 AUG 30 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
