The Tilbury And H.E.L.P. Centre is a small community based agency which offers several programs and services to accommodate the needs of local citizens. You can always expect support, listening, referral assistance and friendly services from staff and volunteers. We are involved with our community’s youth, our seniors, and our economically, physically and emotionally challenged neighbours.

Food Bank Program:

• Appointments are necessary
• Short Term Assistance
• Servicing fix or low income adults and their families

• To receive assistance we request proof of need. Receipts of income and expenses

The Application…

• A client record is kept and confidentiality is assured
• Other relevant information maybe given to clients and appropriate referrals are made

Outreach Services:

• The Centre offers a professional and confidential office to other agencies that need the same clients from Tilbury and surrounding areas.
