The undersigned hereby makes application for admission as a member of the Corporation, such application to take effect upon acceptance by the Board of Directors of the Corporation.

The following is an excerpt from the By-Laws of the Corporation – approved by the General Membership at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 2013 APR 24.
3.1 Governing Principle
Membership in the Corporation shall be limited to those individuals interested in furthering the objects of the Corporation.
3.2 Classes of Membership
There shall be one (1) class of members in the Corporation, consisting of any individual who has officially endorsed the values of the Corporation,
has signed a written application for membership, has paid the membership dues in effect at the time of application and has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation for admission as a member. From time to time, the Board of Directors may, at its discretion, elect individuals to honorary lifetime membership.
3.3 Term of Membership
The term of each membership shall begin on April 1 and expire on March 31 of the following year. This term does not apply to those individuals
who have been elected by the Board of Directors to honorary lifetime membership.
3.4 Voting Rights of Members
Each member present at a duly called and regularly constituted meeting of members shall have the right to exercise one (1) vote. A member may,
by written proxy, appoint a proxy holder to attend and act at a specific meeting of members, to the extent authorized by the proxy. A proxy holder shall be a member.
3.5 Other Rights of Members
Each member shall have the right to receive notices of, obtain information about, and attend and participate in discussions at all meetings of
The fees required to be paid by members shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
3.7 Resignation of Membership
Any member may withdraw from the Corporation by delivering a written resignation to the head office of the Corporation addressed to the Secretary of the Corporation.
